The Nikon Z7 II represents the next evolution of the award-winning Nikon Z7 – with superior subject capture, high resolution and robust reliability. With a larger dynamic range, faster image data processing thanks to two EXPEED 6 image processors and the expanded buffer capacity, fast series of recordings of up to 10 images/s can be achieved. Photographers can now capture up to 200 full-resolution JPEG images or 77 losslessly compressed 12-bit RAW images in a shooting sequence.
The improved autofocus of the Nikon Z7 II now also supports the freely selectable large field of view (Wide-L) for capturing the eyes of people and animals, more effective subject tracking that works similarly to 3D tracking, and more precise autofocus control in low light. In addition, the electronic viewfinder (EVF) with approx. 3.69 million pixels delivers a more natural image with a high refresh rate and less viewfinder darkening.
The camera was developed for ambitious amateurs and professional photographers who particularly value incomparable attention to detail: e.g. For example, portrait photographers who want to capture even the smallest details of their models’ skin, hair, clothing and makeup, or landscape photographers who need robust and lightweight equipment to travel in harsh environments and capture nature in all its beauty.
Nikon Z bayonet
The camera uses the Nikon Z bayonet, which allows light to reach the outermost corners of the image sensor. Combined with the growing selection of NIKKOR Z lenses or the over 300 compatible F-mount NIKKOR lenses that can be attached to the FTZ mount adapter, Nikon’s tradition of optical excellence and innovation reaches unprecedented new heights.
More options, more details
The Z bayonet with its large diameter is complemented by the large full-frame sensor with 45.7 MP and two EXPEED processors. This results in greater dynamic range and low-noise performance across the wide ISO range. Video recordings are possible with resolutions up to 4K/60p.
Speed and reliability at the highest level
Two memory card slots allow you to use UHS-II SD cards in one slot and XQD or ultra-fast CFexpress cards in the other slot. Adaptation to different workflows is possible without any problems.
Crisp AF with ultra-wide coverage
Absolutely reliable focusing. After exiting standby mode, the camera automatically reactivates the previously selected focus area. With a lens aperture of at least 1:2.0, exposure metering works down to -4 EV.
Record for longer, faster – in silence
Frame rates of up to 10 frames/s offer immense flexibility. The large buffer allows largely uninterrupted photography.
A viewfinder that keeps up
The high-resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF) with approximately 3.69 million pixels offers a high refresh rate that largely eliminates viewfinder darkening when taking photos at high frame rates.
Ideal display configurations
Customizable information displays allow you to quickly correct settings, but can also be completely disabled when taking photos. The electronic viewfinder turns off when you open the monitor to shoot in live view.
Robust
The fully sealed Nikon Z7 II cuts an equally good figure in rough terrain, in difficult weather conditions and with fog machines on set.
SnapBridge
With the continuously developed Nikon app SnapBridge, the camera’s firmware can be updated via a smart device.
Nikon Nikkor Z 24-120mm f4 S
Different goals. New inspirations. With its long reach, this lightweight S-Series zoom lens offers versatility and convenience without sacrificing quality. Every shot is captured with amazing detail. The constant light intensity of 1:4 offers creative flexibility with wide-angle, normal and telephoto focal lengths.
Every focal length tells a story
Vast landscapes, impressive architecture, vibrant street photography, captivating portraits – and much more. Thanks to the extremely flexible focal length range of 24 to 120 mm, you can capture all angles without having to change lenses.
More photography, less ballast
The NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S is extremely handy for a zoom lens with such a wide focal length range. Stay in one spot or move freely as you compose the shot. With such a compact and versatile zoom lens you have many options.
Wherever you are
With its solid construction, this powerful lens has your back on every trip. It is sealed to protect it from dust and drops. The Nikon fluorine coating on the front lens repels dirt and is easy to wipe clean.
Excellent image quality
With a lens this powerful, you’ll be able to capture the shots others dream of. Bold shots directly into bright light sources. Capture impressive scenes in backlight. Highlight your subject with soft, delicate bokeh. The NIKKOR Z 24-120 mm 1:4 S opens up completely new possibilities: razor-sharp images with fascinating resolution – right up to the edges of the image.
Consistency across the entire zoom range
Photos or films: The constant light intensity of 1:4 allows excellent creative control. Capture portraits and close-ups with greater depth of field across the entire zoom range. When shooting movies, change the focal length without changing the exposure.
Convincing clarity
The combined use of ARNEO and nanocrystal coating effectively reduces flare and ghosting, regardless of the angle of incidence of the light. You get beautiful images, even with a direct light source in the image.
Get closer
Thanks to the short focusing distance and the maximum magnification of 1:2.6, you can fill the image section with all the details. Isolate subjects against a wide background or experiment with compression: you can get as close as 0.35m to your subject at any focal length.
Excellent video performance
The NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S is a great video lens. The autofocus works evenly and quietly and with almost no “focus breathing” or focus shifting. When transitioning from indoor to outdoor or between darker and brighter scenes, stable exposure control allows natural brightness shifts for wonderfully natural-looking footage.
Customizable controls
Shooting parameters can be easily controlled directly from the lens. You can use the silent adjustment ring for settings such as aperture, ISO and exposure compensation. You can also assign preferred functions to the lens’s Fn button.
Multi-Focusing System
The Z-Multi-Focusing system uses two precisely synchronized AF drive units to provide fast, precise autofocus and dramatically reduce aberrations across the entire zoom range. They capture sharp, clear images even at close range.
